^Bears Assisting Youth (BAY) provides opportunities for Ozark area youth and community groups to attend Missouri State Baseball FREE OF CHARGE. It is supported by the charitable efforts of private donors and corporate sponsors.

Groups that benefit from the BAY program include: Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Town, Special Olympics, Teachers Education Alliance, and many more.
