2015 Cross Country
Appeared in five meets for the Bears...Earned a scoring place in the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 1) with a time of 18:18.95…Ran a 17:42.46 at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 2)… Recorded a personal best of 17:26.2 for 7th place at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 17)… Took 12 seconds of her previous personal best after clocking in a 17:14:91 at the MVC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 31) to finish fifth for the Bears...First Bear since 2011 to earn All-MVC honors...Etched her name in the MSU school record book as the second-fastest 5-kilometer runner in program history… Finished the season at the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 13) placing 91st with 22:02.6 in the 6K.

2014 Cross Country

Appeared in all five meets for the Bears ... Opened the season in 62nd at the Walt Crawford Invitational (Sept. 5) with a time of 21:22.10 ... Dropped nearly fifty seconds in the second meet to place 23rd at the Saluki Invitational (Sept. 20) in 20:33.00 ... Ran a 27:37.9 to finish 98th at Kansas' Rim Rock Classic (Oct. 4) ... Set a PR at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 18) with her 19.12.8 to earn 18th ... Placed 79th in the MVC Championships (Nov. 1) with a 20:15.99.

2013 Cross Country
Set personal best in season-opening two-mile Tulsa Duals, running 12:42 to lead Bears in 26th place overall ... Also appeared in team's three other meets, compiling a 5K personal best of 20:17.40 in the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Ark., to finish 159th overall.

2012 Cross Country
Placed 39th with a time of 13:36.00 in the 2-mile at the Hurricane Cross Country Festival.

Forde represented Barbados at the 2011 Carifta Games in Jamaica ... Placed first in the 800m run and second in the 1,500m run ... Was named the Most Outstanding Overall Female in 2010 and 2011.
