Missouri State Big Bear Invitational - Meet Information

Site:  Plaster Sports Complex, Missouri State University, Springfield, MO. 

Date:  Saturday, April 4, 2009

Facilities:  The 16,300 seat Plaster Sports Complex features an 8-lane (48” lanes) synthetic surface.  NEW THROWING VENUES opened in 2007.  New hammer, discus, and shot put venues are complete. 

Eligibility:  Competition is open to collegiate teams and approved unattached individuals. 

Fees:  $75 per team (Each Gender) or $15 per individual.  Fees will be due on meet day or can be sent in advance to:

Event Entries:  Entries will take place online. The online entry system will close Tuesday, March 31 at 8pm.  All entries must be made by this time.  The online entry system will be located HERE.  Unattached athletes must request permission to enter by contacting Greg Hipp at 417-836-4498.

The event times may be adjusted based on entries.  Additional events can be added based on demand and request from participating schools.  The steeplechase is not available.

Note:  Javelin is on a grass runway.
