As a senior at Ozark High, took fourth in the long jump finals at districts with a distance of 16-02.00 ... The same year, claimed runner-up finishes in the district finals in the 400-meter dash (1:00.47) and 200-meter dash (27.40) ... Was part of Ozark High School's 2011 back-to-back district champion 4x400-meter relay squads, which took the Class 4, District 6 crowns in 2010 and 2011 ... As a sophomore, won a district title in the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.76.
