Two-out singles by juniors Jessie Smith in the first and Brooke Kempker in the second preceeded Koch’s game-winner to lead-off the third for the Bluejays.
Freshman Tyler Porter led-off the MSU sixth with MSU’s third hit, a single to left. Following a strike out by freshman Jenna Schwark, Porter was was picked-off first base by a throw from CU catcher TJ Eadus and freshman Christa Gammon struck out to end the inning.
