Doubleheader Versus Missouri Designated Faculty & Staff Appreciation Night

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Missouri State University announced Monday that the doubleheader against No. 6/7 Missouri on Wednesday will be Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night. All MSU faculty and staff will be admitted free upon showing a valid BearPass ID at the Killian Stadium box office.

Wednesday's twin bill versus the Tigers is slated to begin at 5:00 p.m. with game two scheduled to follow approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of game one.

Missouri comes into this week's games with a top-10 ranking and a 20-2 record. The games will mark the highest ranked opponent ever to come to Springfield to play the Bears (14-16).

Missouri State played its home series against Drake in Des Moines, Iowa, over the weekend. The Bears swept the Friday doubleheader and took the series from the Bulldogs for the first time since 2006.
