Eisenreich is a reliable option as a flawless fielder that can play left or center field.
Eisenreich started and played in all 51 games in 2012, improving in nearly every offensive category ... broke out in game two of the doubleheader at Creighton (May 5), crushing two home runs in a 3-for-4 day that included a walk, three runs scored and five runs batted in ... her five RBI in that game were the highest single-game output by a Bear in four seasons ... was one of just five Valley players with at least 65 chances to not commit an error on the season ... scored 16 runs on the season, the second-most on the team ... perfect on the base paths with six steals in six attempts ... more than doubled her career totals with 21 walks and 16 runs scored ... had a season-best four-game hitting streak from March 27-April 1.
Eisenreich was in the lineup 49 times for the Bears as a sophomore, getting 42 starts, all in left field ... hit .500 (11-for-22) including two home runs and seven RBIs over an eight-game hitting streak from April 6-17 ... launched a three-run homer in the third inning of the Bears' win at Bradley on April 16, her second career three-run blast ... stole her first career base in the same game ... both of her home runs came in conference games ... batted .250 (11-for-44) with a home run and five bases on balls in home games at Killian Stadium.
Eisenreich made 26 starts as a freshman, including a team-high 22 in left field ... committed just one error in 40 fielding chances ... batted .368 as a lead-off hitter ... six of her 13 hits went for extra bases, finishing with four doubles and two home runs on the season ... batted .286 and slugged .500 in 14 neutral-field contests ... recorded her best offensive performance of the season against UMKC (March 7), going 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI ... doubled, scored a run and drove in another in game one of a doubleheader March 27 at Evansville ... clubbed her first home run as a Bear in the second game vs. the Purple Aces to help the Bears sweep the twinbill ... batted .333 in four games vs. Evansville, with all three of her hits going for extra bases ... delivered what proved to be the game-winning blow vs. UNI (May 13) in the quarterfinal round of the MVC Championship, belting a three-run homer in the fourth inning to break a 1-1 tie in an eventual 4-3 MSU victory.
Eisenreich earned all-district honors in helping Blue Springs High School to the Missouri Class 4 title with a perfect 32-0 record in 2008 ... was a part of three district championship squads at Blue Springs, picking up all-area recognition four times and all-region honors in each of her final two seasons as a prep.
