2013 [-Junior-]
Flau played in 38 games, starting at second base three times ... scored a career-best 13 runs in her most-valuable role as a pinch runner ... crossed the plate in four-straight games included each game of the Indiana State series from March 22-29 ... cracked her first career hit, a solid single to left at Kennesaw State (Feb. 8) and drove in a run in a 2-for-4 outing against the Owls ... nine of her 13 runs scored came against MVC teams.

2012 [-Sophomore-]
Flau played in 32 games in 2012, getting her first collegiate start on March 14 at Central Arkansas ... picked up her first career stolen base against SEMO (March 4) ... doubled her runs total from her freshman season to 10 ... scored a run in three consecutive games from March 22-27 ... crossed the plate for the eventual winning run in the MVC Tournament first round victory over Bradley (May 10).

2011 [-Freshman-]
Flau appeared in 36 games off the bench for the Bears as a freshman ... had two pinch hit at-bats ... scored a run in her first appearance as a Bear in the season opener against Colorado State (February 18) ... scored the game-winning run at Arkansas on April 6 ... registered five total runs as a pinch runner including the MVC Tournament first round win over Bradley (May 12).

Flau joined the Missouri State program after earning three letters as a prep at Pleasant Valley High School ... started every game of her high school career, batting a team-high .380 as a freshman to earn her club's offensive MVP award ... earned team's Lady Viking Award as a sophomore, when she hit .260 with one homer ... also competed in field hockey for the Vikings.

Ciara Nicole Flau is the daughter of Richard and Laura Flau ... born September 10, 1992, in Torrance, Calif. ... has one sister, Sydney ... is an exercise and movement science major and plans to pursue a career in medicine.
