SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The Missouri State women's soccer team heads to Tulsa, Okla., for this weekend's Holiday Inn City Center Tulsa Invitational. The Bears (1-1-0) will face the host Tulsa Golden Hurricane (2-0-0) on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. and will wrap up the weekend against the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles (0-2-0) on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Both matches will be played at Hurricane Stadium on the campus of the University of Tulsa.

"We need to continue to build on the foundation set in preseason and fine tune things both offensively and defensively," said assistant head coach Kirk Nelson. "Coming off the win on Sunday, we have to bring that confidence into the weekend. Our goal is always to pitch a shutout, but we will be facing two tough opponents on the road."
