At Missouri State: Cara Williams will compete for playing time as a redshirt freshman. 2006: Williams redshirted last season in her first season with the program. Background: Williams came to Missouri State after competing for Cor Jesu Academy in St. Louis, Mo. Despite not getting to play her senior year due to a knee injury, Williams was voted team captain and used her leadership skills to guide her team to the district championship.
