At Missouri State: Michelle Mayne-Nicholls looks to increase her minutes as an experienced midfielder for the Bears.

2011: Mayne-Nicholls saw action in 17 matches for the Bears. She tallied the game-winning goal in an overtime victory against UMKC (9/16). She recorded a shot in four different games including the MVC Tournament final against Illinois State (11/6). Three of her four shots were on net for a .750 shots on goal percentage.

2010: Mayne-Nicholls redshirted the 2010 season.

Background: Mayne-Nicholls was a four-year starter at Rogers High. She was named team captain her final two seasons. She was named team offensive player of the year after scoring seven goals and registering seven assists her senior season. She was also named to the all-conference, all-state and all-tournament teams her senior year. Her junior season, she was team goal scorer of the year and an all-conference honoree after tallying 18 goals and 10 assists to lead her team to fourth in state. Her sophomore campaign produced five goals and eight assists for a team that finished second in conference and third in state. She scored four goals and added six assists during her freshman season to help the Lady Mounties go 7-0 in conference. She was also part of the Chilean U17 and U20 Women's National Team pool. Mayne-Nicholls was also a four-year participant for the Rogers cross country team.

Personal: Mayne-Nicholls is the daughter of Alfredo and Maria Mayne-Nicholls and was born April 3, 1992. She is an elementary education major at Missouri State. Her father, Alfredo, played soccer at Jacksonville University. Her uncle, Harold Mayne-Nicholls, was the president of the Chilean Soccer Federation.
