At Missouri State: Nicole Logan earned MVC All-Freshman team honors in her first season with the Bears and will try to gain a spot in the starting lineup as a sophomore. 2006: Logan played in all 21 matches in her first season at MSU, contributing three assists. Her assists came in wins over Arkansas (8/25), Eastern Illinois (9/17), and Evansville (10/8). She also recorded 11 shots, with six on goal. She joined teammate Samantha Aguilar on the 11-member MVC All-Freshmen team. Background: Logan was a four-year starter for Olathe South High and led her team to four consecutive regional championships and the Kansas High School Class 6A state title her senior and freshman years. In her senior campaign, Logan's team finshed the season with a final record of 19-2 and was ranked 23rd in the nation. Logan holds all-time career records at Olathe South for goals, assists and points. She was a three-time first team all-state, All-Sun Country and All-Sunflower League pick. Logan was also voted the Olathe South High offensive player of the year for three years. Personal: Nicole is the daughter of Steve and Donna Logan and was born Jan. 8, 1988.
