2014: Ketzer played in 12 matches earning the start on 11 occasions. She saw her first action as a Bear with 19 minutes in net against Arkansas State (9/7) making one save to preserve a shutout. She made seven saves in 90 minutes of action at Arkansas (9/14). She made four saves with just one goal against versus UALR (9/19). Ketzer needed to make just one save to earn her first career win against SIU Edwardsville (9/21). She earned another win at Nebraska Omaha (9/25) with four saves. She made a season-high 14 saves at Illinois State (9/28). She nabbed her first shutout as the Bears defeated Indiana State on Oct. 3. She made four saves and allowed just two goals at #16 Kansas (10/5). Ketzer made nine saves in a draw against Evansville (10/11). She earned the win in overtime with six saves against Loyola (10/25).
2013: Ketzer did not compete in 2013.
Background: Ketzer has been an active member of FFC Wacker Munchen since 2009. She was a member of the Youth Team (U-17) and is now on the squad of the first women’s team. Ketzer has made 11 Regionalliga appearances for FFC Wacker Munchen, six with the first team and five with the second team. Eight times in the last four years, Ketzer has been awarded Best Goal Keeper of Competition at various indoor and outdoor events.
Personal: Ketzer is the daughter of Stefan Rettenberger and Marion Ketzer and was born April 21, 1994. She is majoring in physics/astronomy at MSU.
