Background: Kerrigan spent her senior season training with the IMG Soccer Academies. She lead her IMG U-19 squad to a regional appearance following a runner-up finish in the Florida State Cup in 2012. She was named the girls' academy Offensive Player of the Year. In 2011, her IMG Academies team was ranked in the top-10 in Florida. She also led the IMG U-19 team to the Florida CDL Champions title for a squad that was 8-1-0. Her junior and sophomore seasons, she was team captain for FC Sarasota U-17 and U-16 teams, respectively. As a freshman, she played for Lakewood Ranch High. She helped the Mustangs to a district runner-up finish while earning all-county player of the year runner-up recognition. Kerrigan was named her high school's freshman of the year while playing on the varsity team. A National Honors Society member, Kerrigan also earned scholar-athlete recognition at LRHS. Personal: Kerrigan is the daughter of Tim and Rachael Kerrigan and was born January 22, 1994. She plans to major in biology at Missouri State.
