2014: Kolb earned playing time in nine matches as a freshman for the Bears. She saw a season-high 36 minutes of playing time at Illinois State (9/28). She played 34 minutes at #16 Kansas (10/5) and was on the pitch for 10 minutes in the MVC Tournament semifinals at Illinois State (11/7).

Background: Kolb started and lettered all four seasons for head coaches Matt Stacey and Eddie Horn at Jefferson City High. Her senior season as team captain, she led the Lady Jays to district and regional titles culminating with a third-place finish in the Class 3, the best finish in JCHS history. She helped the squad to a 23-5-1 record, setting school records in wins and shutouts (19). For the second-straight year, she was named Central Region and District 10 Defensive Player of the Year. She also picked up first-team all-state, all-region and all-district laurels. As a junior, Kolb led the Lady Jays to a district and regional title en route a Class 3 ranking of No. 9. She earned all-state, all-region and all-district honors her junior season while helping JCHS to a 17-4-1 record. She earned all-district honors in both her sophomore and freshman seasons as well. Kolb was a team captain for club team Carrera Elite 95/96 for the last four years.

Personal: Kolb is the daughter of Gerald and Tamara Kolb and was born September 14, 1995. Her uncle, Rick Clarkston, played baseball at MSU in 1984-85. She is an exercise and movement science major at MSU.
