Bears Picked to Repeat at Valley Golf Championship

The MVC coaches have made MSU a narrow pick to repeat as conference champs.

Fall 2013:Averaged 79.0 in three tournaments, missing the season opener due to injury...Shot 79-81-77--237 at the ORU Shootout, tying for 45th...Paced the Bears at the Palmetto Intercollegiate with a 47th-place finish and rounds of 78-80-74--232...Placed 59th at the Payne Stewart Memorial by shooting 80-85-77--242.

2012-13:A solid performer for the Bears in her freshman season as she earned all-Missouri Valley Conference honors with an eighth-place finish at the league tournament, shooting 79-79-85...Overcame a rocky start to average 77.33 in her final three fall tournaments...Averaged 80.4 overall in 25 rounds...Placed second on the team and 30th overall at the Johnie Imes by carding 77-76-74--227...Tied for 17th at the Stewart Memorial with 75-78-77--230 and 28th at Memphis with 82-77-80--239...Led the way for the Bears at the SMU/DAC Invitational in the spring, finishing 46th overall with 85-81-77--243...Following her college season, qualified for the U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links in Norman, Oklahome.
