Fall 2012: Overcame a rocky start to average 77.33 in her final three tournaments; 80.0 overall in 15 rounds...Placed second on the team and 30th overall at the Johnie Imes by carding 77-76-74--227...Tied for 17th at the Stewart Memorial with 75-78-77--230 and 28th at Memphis with 82-77-80--239.

Background: Ranked 83rd nationally in her class by Golfweek magazine...First team all-district and all-regional performer as a junior and senior at Allen High, where the team captured the state title her last year...Posted a top-20 amateur finish at the Texas Women's Open in 2011 and then placed 23rd overall and fifth among amateurs at the 2012 Open...Qualified for the 2012 U.S. Women's Amateur, shooting a 76 to earn one of 10 berths out of 101-player qualifying field...Went on to shoot 84-76 at the Amateur...Also finishes second at the Hogan's Alley Collegiate Championship over the summer in Fort Worth...Placed fourth at the Starburst Junior Classic and fifth at the Texas Junior Tour's TPC Four Seasons Invitational in 2011.
