2015 Season (Senior)
Appeared in all 18 games for the Bears, while making 16 starts at the forward position … Bears’ scoring leader for the second consecutive season … Led Bears in goals (6), points (12), shots (46) and shots on goal (26) … Moved into tie for seventh on all-time Missouri State scoring list with 58 career points during season … Registered multi-goal performances in a loss to Pacific (Sept. 27) and in a 5-4 overtime victory at Saint Louis (Sept. 17), which included the game-winner … Took a team-high 10 shots – with seven on goal – in the contest versus the Billikens … Also tallied goals in a loss to Appalachian State (Aug. 30) and the team’s home-opening victory over Saint Louis (Oct. 4) … Part of six-win team that made first MAC Tournament appearance since 2011.

2014 Season (Junior)

Scoring leader for MSU in 2014 ... Team-highs in goals (8), points (19) and shots (49) ... Finished among individual leaders in the Mid-American Conference in shots (5th), shots per game (4th), goals (tied-5th) and points (tied-6th) ... Started in all 18 games ... Averaged 62.3 minutes per match of playing time (third highest on team) ... Recorded an MSU second-best 29 shots on goal ... Achieved her first-career hat trick with an overtime game-winning goal against UC Davis on Sept. 4 ... Recorded two multi-goal games in losses to Saint Louis and La Salle ... One of five MSU players to log over 1,000 minutes in 2014.

2013 Season (Sophomore)
Followed up a stellar freshman campaign with another solid season as a sophomore ... Appeared in all 16 games and made 15 starts ... Matched a career best with five goals ... Scored the game-winner in overtime at Saint Louis on Oct. 15 ... Notched a pair of assists for a total of 12 points ... Placed fifth in the MAC in shots per game (2.12) ... Also recorded an eventual game-winning goal at Pacific on Sept. 2.

2012 Season (Freshman)

Finished her freshman year with five goals and five assists ... Was named to the All-MAC Second Team ... Finished among the MAC's top 10 in assists (5) and assists per game (0.31) ... Posted the second-highest points total on the squad (15) ... Second on the team in shots (32) and shots on goal (20) ... Led the Bears to a 5-2 senior night victory by scoring four goals ... Earned MAC Co-Offensive Player of the Week honors on Oct. 30.

Scherer was a midfielder and a three-year captain at East Elgin Secondary School ... Helped lead her team to back-to-back conference titles in her junior and senior seasons ... Was part of a dominant squad that won 38 of 39 games over the course of her last two seasons, including a 20-0 mark in 2011 ... Was a four-year starter in ice hockey ... Started three years in soccer and was part of back-to-back conference championship teams as a sophomore and junior.
