At Missouri State: After starting all 20 games last season, Bayliss returns as the Bears leading offensive threat, providing a balanced attack with great ball handling and stick work.

2010: Named All-Mid-American Conference First Team in her first season with the Bears ...Led the team in every offensive category with nine goals, six assists, 24 points, 61 shots, 42 shots on goal and one game-winning goal ... Finished in the MAC's top ten in eight offensive categories ... One of only four Bears to start all 20 games ... Notched a point in 11 of the Bears' 20 contests ... Scored two goals twice, in a 5-1 win over Saint Louis (9/29) and a 4-2 loss against Pacific (9/26) ... Had a goal and an assist in her first game as a Bear, a 7-1 season-opening win against Lindenwood ... In a three-game stretch from 9/26 to 10/2, she scored five goals and assisted on another ... Her stick work and ball handling were key to a balanced offense attack ... Bayliss' nine goals are the highest total for a Bear newcomer since Jemima Cameron's 21 in 1998.
