Game Overview
The Missouri State Lady Bears (5-2, 0-0 MVC) play their second true road game of the season Thursday at 7 p.m. when they renew the in-state rivalry with Missouri (6-2) for the first time since 2004. The Lady Bears and Tigers have played just four times since 1990, meeting each year from 2001-04.
   The Lady Bears won their only previous road game by a 78-68 final Nov. 15 at Arkansas-Little Rock.
   Thursday’s game will be televised live on KY3 in Springfield and the surrounding area, and that broadcast will be simulcast on and available outside the KY3 viewing area free of charge over the internet.

Series History
Missouri State trails 16-8 in the all-time series, though only four games have been played since 1990. The Lady Bears have won the last two meetings, 66-44 on 12/8/04 in Springfield and 79-70 on 12/10/03 in Columbia.

Scouting Missouri
Missouri is 6-2 this season and 5-0 at home. The Tigers have only lost to Green Bay and Minnesota while defeating Saint Louis, Chicago State, Western Illinois, Wichita State, Southeast Missouri State and Tennessee-Martin.
   Three Tigers average at least 11.9 points per game and the team scores 65.4 compared to 55.9 for the opposition while shooting 41.6 percent overall, 33.5 percent on 3-pointers and 63.5 percent from the foul line.
