The Missouri State Lady Bears (10-10, 5-4 MVC) continue their four-game homestand with two games at JQH Arena this weekend, beginning Friday at 7 p.m. when league-newcomer Loyola (9-12, 5-4) comes to town for a game that will be televised regionally on Fox Sports Midwest as part of the Missouri Valley Conference TV package.
The Lady Bears then host Bradley (5-15, 2-7) at 2 p.m. Sunday as the second time through the MVC schedule commences this week.
Missouri State split its road games at LUC and BU, losing to the Ramblers by a 63-61 final on Jan. 12 and defeating Bradley by an 85-56 margin on Jan. 10 in Peoria.
Missouri State is 0-3 all-time against Loyola with all three meetings taking place in Chicago. The Ramblers won 76-54 on Feb. 27, 1983, defeated MSU by a 95-76 score on Dec. 31, 1984, and won 63-61 on Jan. 12, 2014.
Missouri State is 46-23 all-time against Bradley, including a 27-9 mark in Sprinfield. The teams have split the last 16 meetings.
Loyola is 9-12 overall and 5-4 in MVC play. The Ramblers are led by Troy Hambric with 18.0 points and 7.2 rebounds per game, while Ayrealle Beavers leads the MVC with 5.7 assists per game.
As a team, Loyola scores 63.6 points and allows 71.0 while shooting 40.4 percent overall, 31.7 percent from 3-point land and 68.4 percent from the charity stripe.
Bradley is 5-15 overall and 2-7 in MVC play ahead of its Friday game at Wichita State. The Braves rank second in the conference in scoring at 71.7 points per game but also allow a league-high 84.8 per outing.
Michelle Young ranks fourth in the MVC at 15.8 points per game and paces four Braves that average double figures.
As a team, the Braves shoot 40.9 percent overall, 27.4 percent on 3-pointers and 73.0 percent from the foul line.

Lady Bears Win Big at Bradley, 85-56
The Missouri State Lady Bears held the Missouri Valley Conference's highest-scoring team to 56 points and 32.8 percent shooting Friday for an 85-56 win over Bradley inside Renaissance Coliseum.
