2015: Appeared in all 17 matches, starting 16 of them, for the Bears his junior season… Registered a career- and team-high three assists on the year, including two corner kicks converted into goals – one of them being the game-winning goal against SIUE (Sept. 26)… Recorded the game-winning goal in the Bears’ 3-0 victory over Eastern Illinois (Oct. 6)… Third among juniors in shots (12)… Named an All-MVC honorable mention after his efforts in Valley play.

Appeared in 14 games for the Bears in his sophomore season ... Earned starts against Air Force (Sept. 27) and Oral Roberts (Oct. 7), playing season highs in both matches of 37 and 43 minutes, respectively ... Recorded a shot in the shutout victory over Air Force (Sept. 27).

2013: Appeared in all 18 games as a true freshman...Earned starts against Nebraska-Omaha (Sept. 1), Loyola Chicago (Oct. 4), and Oral Roberts (Oct. 15)...Recorded the game-winning goal against conference opponent Loyola Chicago (Oct. 4)...Logged a season-high 62 minutes against Oral Roberts (Oct. 15)...Took many of the Bears' set pieces including corner kicks and free kicks.

Background: While attending Tapton Secondary School in Sheffield, England, Woods helped guide the team to four area league titles, four area cup winners and three regional cups...Woods and Tapton School finished in the final 16 of the National Cup twice...Recently played center midfielder for the Rotherham United F.C. Academy team.
