2012: Played in all 17 matches for the Bears as a freshman...Earned a spot in the starting lineup in three of the last four contests...Was in the starting 11 for games against No. 19 SMU and No. 21 Creighton...Played a season-high 44 minutes against No. 23 Xavier...Scored his first collegiate goal off the rebound of a deflected shot in MSU's 3-0 shutout at UMKC (Aug. 28)...Totaled seven shots on the year, three of which were on target.
Background: Comes to the United States after a successful stint playing for coach Brett Adams on the Notts County Academy youth squad in England...Figures to be a contributor at forward or the wide midfield position...Following his 2011-12 season, he took home two of the top youth accolades presented at the Notts County Academy Awards Banquet, including the Golden Boot and Goal of the Year honors for a spectacular goal against Rotherham United...One of his biggest sports thrills was playing in the F.A. Youth Cup against Liverpool.
