2010: Saw action in all 11 games as a redshirt freshman ... Tallied season-high 4 tackles at Indiana State (10/16/10) with a half sack ... Also recorded 3 total stops in home win over No. 20 Youngstown State (10/2/10) ... Posted first career sack in his collegiate debut against Eastern Kentucky (9/3/10) ... Was also in on a pair of plays at South Dakota State (11/6/10) with a solo stop against the Jackrabbits.
2009: Redshirted his first season at Missouri State ... Named the MSU Defensive Scout Team Co-Player of the Year ... Earned MSU Defensive Scout Team Player of the Week honors for home win over UT Martin (9/12/09) and for Illinois State (10/31/09) game.
High School: Helped Arkansas High in Texarkana, Ark., to back-to-back Class 6A state championships in 2006 and 2007 as a two-year starter and letterman for Coach Bill Keopple ... In 2008, the Razorbacks were 5-7, but made the state playoffs behind a solid defensive effort ... Recorded 58 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, 9 sacks and broke up 14 passes his senior season ... Played in the Arkansas All-Star Game and was named to the Arkansas Class 6A All-State squad as well as claiming All-Southwest Arkansas and All-6A South Conference honors.
