2008: Earned four starts at middle linebacker and played nine games overall ... Was seventh on the squad in tackles (46) ... Earned MSU Coors Player of the Week honors in his third start of the season against Southern Illinois (10/25/08) after matching career high with 10 tackles, snagging an interception and recovering a fumble ... Also posted 10 tackles in win over Youngstown State (10/11/08) ... Collected six stops vs. Washburn (9/4/08) and three tackles and a forced fumble at Oklahoma State (9/11/08) in starting roles.

2007: Started first five games and averaged 8.6 tackles during that span ... Named MSU Defensive Player of the Week in win over Missouri S&T (8/3/07) after recording seven tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery ... Tallied 10 tackles in win over Central Arkansas (9/22/07) ... 2006: Redshirted as a true freshman at Missouri State.

High School: Guided coach Chris Allison's Ozark Tigers to back-to-back playoff appearances and Central Ozarks Conference titles in 2004 and 2005 ... Was named 2005 Defensive Player of the Year by the Southwest Missouri Coaches Association after his team finished the regular season 10-0 with six shutouts ... Earned All-Ozarks, all-conference and All-SMCA honors as a senior and was named Central Ozarks Defensive Player of the Year.
