Missouri State Men's Basketball News and Event Updates ...

GAME TIME FOR JAN. 27 GAME FINALIZED
  Missouri State's Jan. 27 game at JQH Arena against Drake has been officially announced by ESPN as a 2 p.m. start.  The game will be cleared live on ESPN3.com.  Tickets are available at the Chevy Pickup Window at JQH Arena, by phone at (417) 836-7678 or on-line at MissouriStateTix.com.


VERIZON/TOYS FOR TOTS TICKET GIVEAWAY
  MSU fans who drop off a new, unwrapped toy at the Verizon Wireless store at 2648 N. Kansas Expressway this Saturday (Dec. 8) between Noon and 2 p.m. will receive two free Bears tickets. The Verizon Toys for Tots promotion will benefit needy families throughout the Ozarks this holiday season while giving generous Missouri State fans a chance to pick up a pair of free tickets for the Jan. 11 game against Creighton.  No purchase is necessary, and the offer is valid while ticket supplies last.


SATURDAY GAME CLEARED ON FOX SPORTS MIDWEST PLUS
  The Missouri State men's basketball game at Oklahoma State this Saturday (Dec. 8) has been cleared on FOX Sports Midwest Plus on many cable providers throughout Missouri and Iowa.  The game is set for a 3 p.m., tipoff.
  Channel numbers for FOX Sports Midwest Plus are available at this link, while FOX Sports Midwest Plus is channel 126 on Mediacom in the Springfield market and throughout Missouri. Availability on DirecTV and Dish Network is to be determined.   FOX Sports Midwest Plus will air FOX Sports Oklahoma's broadcast of the game.  


 

 


WATCH PARTY/FAN PARTY
  Tonight's MSU game at Tulsa will air live on KCZ, The Ozarks CW with a live watch party, starting at 5 p.m. at Bair's All-American Sports Grill (631 S. Kimbrough). Bair's will feature a special Bair's Burger Basket -- 1/2 pound burger and fries -- for just $5.49 with ticket giveaways for future games and appearances by MSU spirit groups.  
  On Dec. 15, University Plaza Hotel (333 S. John Q. Hammons Parkway) will host a free fan appreciation party from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.  The party will take place after the Lady Bears' game against Arkansas State (2:05 p.m.) and before the Bears' game against Valparaiso (7:05 p.m.). Free snacks and a cash bar will be available with performances by MSU cheerleaders, Sugar Bears, BearMania pep band and Boomer.  Athletics Director Kyle Moats and Lady Bears' coach Nyla Milleson will also address the crowd.
