Fans Vote Creekmore's Dunk the Best of the Year at JQH
 

 

  

Missouri State fans have voted Will Creekmore's dunk versus Nevada as the Dunk of the Year by a Bear at JQH Arena. Voting for the finals ended today. After nearly two weeks of voting and just over 700 votes for the final pairing, Creekmore's dunk narrowly edged out Mallett's dunk for the title of Dunk of the Year.

Throughout the summer, fans were asked to vote on their favorite dunk by a Bear at JQH Arena during the 2009-2010 season.  With a total of 32 dunks, voting was set up similar to an NCAA Tournament bracket with five rounds of voting.  A video of each dunk was available for viewing throughout the voting. Will Creekmore's Dunk vs. Nevada

Fans were also given the opportunity to register to win courtside or loge level tickets to a 2010-2011 Bears game.  Winners will be notified later this month.  For 2010-2011 Bears or Lady Bears season ticket information, call (417) 836-4143.
