2012: McComack sat out season as a redshirt...Batted .326 with team highs of 45 hits and 22 runs scored over the summer playing for the Sedalia Bombers...Enters senior season ranked seventh in MSU history with 89 walks and 408 assists and ninth with 90 fielding double plays.

2011: Started every game at shortstop for the second consecutive season to run his starting streak to 112 games...Batted .288 with 19 RBIs, 31 runs scored and 25 walks...Hit seven doubles, one triple and posted a .374 on-base percentage...Enters senior season ranked seventh in MSU history with 89 walks and 408 assists and ninth with 90 fielding double plays...Lifted six sacrifice flies, including two of the game-ending variety, to tie for fifth in a season at Missouri State and 62nd nationally...Had a career-best 10-game hitting streak from March 16-April 3...Logged multiple hits in 17 games with three-hit outings against Oral Roberts (March 25) and Southern Illinois (April 16)...Drove in a career-high three runs against North Dakota (3/5) and matched it versus Western Illinois (March 20)...Reached base 20 times in 50 chances as a leadoff man.

2010: Started all 55 games at shortstop and hit leadoff 51 times...Hit .274 with 16 RBIs and 35 runs scored...Ranked fifth in the MVC with 161 assists...Had a .431 on-base percentage when leading off an inning and a .368 mark overall...Went 4-for-4 and reached base six times against Central Arkansas (March 23)...Finished the year with 25 multi-hit games, including seven three-hit outings...Scored the game-winning run in one-third of MSU's wins...Had three hits and two RBIs at UT-Arlington (Feb. 28)...Went 3-for-6 with his first career homer against Oral Roberts (April 4)...Had a trio of three-hit games from April 10-20...Went on a nine-game hitting streak after going hitless in the season opener...Hit .341 in 37 games with the MINK League's Sedalia Bombers, adding two perfect innings on the mound with three strikeouts.

2009: Started 44 games as a rookie, including 37 at shortstop, where the Bears compiled a 26-11 record in his starts...Batted .276 on the season with 24 RBIs, 35 runs scored, 34 walks, 13 doubles and seven steals...Had a hit in 13 of the last 14 games he recorded an official at bat, and finished the year on a season-long seven-game hitting streak...Logged nine multi-hit games and nine multi-RBI outings...Drew three walks and drove in three runs against Nebraska (Feb. 27)...Went 2-for-6 with a pair of RBIs the next day versus Saint Mary's (Feb. 28)...Walked three times and score twice against North Dakota (March 6)...Went 2-for-5 with two runs and an RBI against SEMO (March 18)...Scored three times and drove in two runs versus Bradley (March 21)...Drove in three runs at Arkansas State (April 15)...Had two hits, two RBIs and two runs against UALR (April 7)...Went 3-for-3 with a walk and an RBI against Wichita State (April 19)...Went 2-for-3 with an RBI and run scored off the bench at Missouri (May 5)...In the summer, batted a team-best .400 with a .557 slugging average, 29 runs scored and 14 RBIs for the Sedalia Bombers of the MINK League.

Background: McComack was a four-year starter at shortstop for the De Soto (Mo.) High Dragons...Led his team to its first-ever conference and district championships as a senior, hitting .470 with 38 RBIs, 42 runs scored, 20 doubles, seven triples and six homers in 31 games...Earned conference MVP, all-state, all-metro and all-district honors for that season...Was an all-conference and all-district honoree in all four seasons of high school, and was the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Player of the Week twice as a prep.
