2014: Hall made 16 appearances as a sophomore, including 10 starts, going 2-4 with a 4.02 earned run average...Topped perennial power New Mexico (Feb. 22), fanning six and allowing one earned run over 7.0 innings...Turned in first complete game as a Bear March 15 vs. Dallas Baptist, allowing just one run on five hits in a 1-0 loss...Tossed 6.1 innings vs. Southern Illinois (March 29), giving up three runs on nine hits while striking out three...Worked 5.2 scoreless innings in relief against Arkansas (April 29); struck out five and allowed just two hits...Earned his second win of the season with 6.0 strong innings against MVC regular-season champ Evansville (May 16), striking out four and permitting three hits...Fanned a season-high eight batters over 5 2/3 frames vs. Dallas Baptist at the MVC Championship (May 23)...Allowed just one run while fanning 14 hitters over his last three outings spanning 13.0 innings (May 16-23)...Named a Cape Cod League All-Star and was tabbed a postseason all-league selection after leading the circuit with 47 strikeouts over 42.2 innings for the Falmouth Commodores; went 3-1 with a 2.10 ERA in his eight starts.

2013: Turned in an impressive rookie campaign with the Bears, going 5-3 with a 2.50 earned run average over 54.0 innings...Ranked 21st nationally in hits allowed per nine innings (6.17) and 70th among all Division I pitchers in strikeouts per nine innings (8.83)...Held opposing hitters to a .192 batting average, good for third in the Valley, limiting right-handed batters to a .183 average...Also rated sixth in ERA and tied for 10th in victories in the MVC...Ranks sixth on MSU's career ERA chart (minimum 50.0 innings pitched) entering his sophomore campaign...Allowed just two earned runs over his first 19 innings spanning eight appearances, March 1-April 7...Fanned four batters over two scoreless innings in his Missouri State debut vs. Northwestern State (March 1)...Earned his first collegiate win with five strong innings on the road vs. eventual NCAA-qualifier New Mexico (March 19), striking out five while allowing just one run on four hits...Picked up victories in his next two appearances as well, blanking SEMO (March 27) on two hits over 3.1 innings and holding Indiana State (March 31) in check over 2.0 frames to help the Bears complete a three-game Valley sweep of the defending league champs...Held Missouri to a single run on three hits in a 4-2 road win April 24, fanning six Tigers in the process...Struck out a season-high nine hitters over 8.1 innings of relief work in a May 5 loss to Wichita State...Defeated Wright State (May 11), allowing one run on six hits while striking out six batters in a 3-1 victory...Closed the season with four consecutive scoreless relief appearances (May 16-23), including a two-inning stint in the Bears' win over Evansville (May 21) in their MVC Tournament opener...Named a West Coast League All-Star after going 5-2 with a 2.25 ERA in 11 games for Walla Walla over the summer, striking out 45 batters over 52 innings of work...Also earned post-season All-West Coast League recognition.

Background: Hall was a two-time all-state selection as a left-handed pitcher/first baseman for Lee's Summit West...Tabbed as a Rawlings All-Central Region pick and a first-team all-state honoree by the MHSBCA for the second-straight year in 2012 after going 7-1 with a 0.45 ERA while fanning 83 batters in 55 innings...Tossed two no-hitters as a senior...Also excelled at the plate, batting .474 with 53 hits in 30 games to help his club to a 24-6 mark and district and conference championships...Was a second-team all-state choice of MSSA as a senior after picking up first-team honors as a junior, when he went 6-1 with a 1.03 ERA, 77 strikeouts and 13 walks in 52 2/3 innings...Also competed in football for the Titans.
