2012: Gordon registered a strong bounceback year after returning to the Bears' bullpen, going 6-3 with a 3.28 earned run average over 19 appearances...Tied for 10th in the MVC with six victories...Earned his eighth career save Feb. 18, in the Bears' first victory, a 10-8 win over Tennessee Tech...Moved into MSU's all-time top 10 for saves...Worked two scoreless innings March 2, at Northwestern State to preserve an 8-3 victory...Picked up his first win of the season March 10, in MSU's 10-7 triumph over SIU Edwardsville, working a season-high 3 1/3 innings...Earned another win March 16 at ORU, working 3.0 innings to help the Bears knock off the Golden Eagles, 5-3...Earned the victory in relief at SEMO (March 20, holding the Redhawks scoreless over 2.2 innings, striking-out three hitters...Turned in 3.0 perfect innings of relief to earn his fourth win of the year March 27 vs. Kansas; struck out five of the nine hitters he faced without allowing a walk or hit in the 9-8 MSU win...Permitted just one earned run over 14.0 IP, spanning five appearances (March 2-27)...One of four MSU hurlers to combine on a 3-0 shutout of Kansas State (April 11), tossing 2/3 of an inning...Worked a season-high 6.1 innings vs. Missouri (April 25), allowing just one run on two hits in a 4-3 loss in 11 innings...Beat Kansas for the second time in 2012 with 3.2 innings of shutout relief (May 6)...Worked a scoreless 1.1 innings vs. eventual College World Series participant Stony Brook (June 3) at the NCAA Coral Gables Regional to crack the Bears' career top 10 for pitching appearances (57)...Named a Cape Cod Baseball League All-Star after allowing just one earned run over 18.0 innings (12 appearances) pitching over the summer for the Harwich Mariners.

2011: Made the move from closer to starter as a sophomore, tossing 69.2 innings with a 3-6 record and 4.26 ERA in 14 starts and one relief outing...Was a preseason All-MVC selection and his 14 starts in 2011 tied for ninth in school history...Picked up his first win of the year Feb. 25 against eventual Super Regional team Dallas Baptist, allowing three runs in six innings...Allowed no earned runs in six innings to beat Western Illinois (March 18)...Struck out a season-high six in a March 27 win over Oral Roberts...Fanned 50 batters on the year to complete two seasons with an 8.95 Ks/9 ratio...Took a shutout into the eighth inning and pitched a career-high 7.2 frames against Wichita State (April 9)...Joined MSU teammates Pierce Johnson and Luke Voit with the Harwich Mariners in the Cape Cod League in the summer, pitching 17.2 innings in 17 games with a 3.06 ERA and two saves.

2010: Struck out 74 batters in 56 innings for an outstanding 11.89 Ks/9 ratio that ranked seventh overall and first among freshmen in NCAA Division I...Tied for team lead with 23 appearances, all in relief, the fifth-highest total in school history...MVC Pitcher of the Week after tossing seven scoreless innings with eight strikeouts at Texas-Arlington (Feb. 26)...Went 4-2 overall, earning the win or save in 11 of the Bears' 21 victories...Had as many strikeouts as innings pitched in 19 of 23 outings...His seven saves ranked fourth in school history for a season and placed him 11th on the career list...Finished fourth in the MVC in saves, eighth in strikeouts and 10th with a .263 opponent average...Had at least four strikeouts nine times, but only pitched more than three innings on four occasions.
