2012-13: Named to the 2013 All-MVC First Team for the first time in her career ... Ranked 198th nationally in the 200 breast ... Cracked the Bears' top-five all-time performers list at No. 3 with her 100 and 200 breaststroke times from the 2013 MVC Championships ... Recorded one of the biggest drops by any MSU swimmer at conference; shaved off seven seconds from her previous career best in the 200 breast ... Picked up bronze in the 200 breast (2:17.03) and was a part of Missouri State's 1-2-3-4 finish that produced 68 points ... Rounded out the top three in the 100 breast (1:03.84) in Carbondale; gave the Bears a 1-2-3 sweep in the event ... Swam a personal best in the 200 IM (2:12.84) on Day 1 of the conference meet ... Shaved off three seconds from her seed time in the 100 fly at the MVC meet ... Recorded a lifetime best in the 200 breast (2:24.29) at the 2012 MVC Championships; Had the sixth-fastest time during the Sunday preliminaries ... Finished on the season's top times list in both breaststroke events: 100 breast (3rd) and 200 breast (3rd).

Background: Spent last three years swimming at Staley (Mo.) High School in Kansas City for head coach Robert Barth ... Rated by as the 11th-best swimmer in the state of Missouri ... Was a two-time all-state performer in the 100 breast ... As a senior, the Staley captain turned in a time of 1:07.24 in the 100 breast for sixth place at the 2011 MSHSAA State Swimming Championships ...
