2012-13: Swam season best in the 200 free (1:46.41) at Missouri dual meet...Notched a season-best time in the 500 free (4:49.76) in the Purdue Invitational prelims ... Added depth in the Bears' distance group; swam the 1000 and 1650 free on several occasions; registered MSU career bests in both events at the Northwestern Dual Invitational (Feb. 1-2); finished 12th in the mile (16:55.93) and split 10:11.80 at the 1000-yard mark.
2011-12: Was entered as an exhibition swimmer for the 2012 MAC Championships ... Dropped nearly 10 seconds off his previous best in the 500 free (4:36.13); His prelims time would have qualified him for the B-Final in 16th place ... Had the 20th-fastest 200 free time (1:41.63) on the second day of the MAC Championships ... Finished on the season's top times list in three events including the 200 free (5th), 500 free (4th) and 200 breast (5th).
