2014-15 Season (Senior): One of a school-record three Missouri State Bears to qualify for the NCAA Division I Men's Swimming and Diving Championships ... Made third appearance as NCAA participant ... Finished 28th and 29th overall in the 200-yard backstroke (1:42.42) and 100-yard backstroke (47.00), respectively ... Took home two individual gold medals in 100 back and the 200 back at the 2015 Mid-American Conference Championships ... Also helped set two school records in the 200-yard medley and 400 yard-medley relays at the MAC meet ... Named the 2015 MAC Outstanding Senior of the Year and a 2015 All-MAC First Team honoree for the fourth straight year ... Le finished the 2014-15 season with top-five times in five events and was a MAC Swimmer of the week twice for the Bears ... One of five MSU swimmers to ever qualify for the NCAA Championships ... Finished MSU swimming career with three individual school records, three Hammons Student Center pool records and as member of two relay school record squads.
2013-14 Season (Junior): Qualifier for the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships in Austin, Texas ... All-MAC First Team ... Finished 20th overall in the 200 IM at the NCAA championships, 35th in the 100 back and topped own personal and school record in 200 back in 20th-place finish with a time of 1:41.62 ... Helped win titles at the MAC championships in the 200 free relay, 400 medley relay, and 200 medley relay. Earned individual crowns in the 100 back and 200 back ... Picked up MAC Swimmer of the Week Honors three times during season ... Scored the second most amount of points among individuals competing at the TYR Invitational at Northwestern by winning the 50 and 200 free, as well as the 50 and 200 back ... Also won the 100 back at the event in a time of 47.09, which at the time, gave him the best time in the nation in the 100 back ... Won the 100 back, 100 fly and 200 back events at the Shamrock Invitational ... Won all four individual and all four relay events he competed in at the Oklahoma Splash Bash ... Started the season with a win in the 100 back in the Show-Me Showdown in a time of 48.50, which ranked fourth best in the country behind swimmers from Florida, Michigan and Florida State.
2013 NCAA Championships: Became sixth MSU swimmer to qualify for the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships and first since Matt Beasley in 2005; qualified for NCAAs with 200 back time from MAC Championships (1:42.44); allowed to enter 200 IM and 100 back at NCAAs with provisional times ... Kicked off first day of NCAA Championships with the 200 IM and finished 45th overall in the event (1:46.64) ... Was slightly off his school-record pace in the 100 back on Day 2 of NCAAs, clocking in at 47.57 to finish 33rd ... On Day 3 of NCAAs, turned in the 12th-fastest time (1:41.69) in the 200 back prelims to qualify for Saturday's consolation finals; lowered his previous MSU record by .75 seconds; eighth-place qualifier Kip Darmody of Texas finished just .24 seconds ahead of Le; entered NCAAs as the 18th seed in the event; became the first Bear in program history to make the NCAA Championship finals; placed 15th at night with a time of 1:42.57; scored two points for Missouri State in the team standings, putting the Bears on the scoreboard for the first time ever; top-16 finish earned him CSCAA All-American Honorable Mention, also a first in MSU history.
2012-13 Season (Sophomore): Named to the All-MAC First Team for the second year in a row...Tabbed MSU Male Swimmer of the Year for the second straight season ... Finished season ranked top-100 nationally in the 200 back (15th), 100 back (39th) and 200 IM (51st); also ranked in the top-250 in the 50 free (170th) and 100 fly (244th) ... Collected runner-up finishes behind Eastern Michigan NCAA qualifier Jacob Hanson in the 200 IM, 100 back and 200 back at the 2013 MAC Championships; achieved new school records and NCAA consideration times in all three events: 200 IM (1:45.76), 100 back (47.07), 200 back (1:42.44) ... Dropping nearly three seconds off previous best in the 200 IM to shatter MSU varsity record ... Entered MAC championship finals as top seed in the 100 back, .06 seconds ahead of Hanson ... Was a key member on the Bears' relays at the 2013 conference championships, swimming backstroke on both runner-up medley relays; led off MSU's second-place 200 free relay with the fastest split among the field (20.32); also led off the third-place 400 free relay ... Won on several occasions during the regular season; finished second (100 back) and fourth (200 back) at the competitive Purdue Invitational; netted a pair of victories in the 50 free and 100 back at the Show-Me Showdown ... Garnered MAC Swimmer of the Week honors twice during the 2012-13 campaign ... In addition to the 200 IM, 100 back and 200 back, Le also registered the Bears' fastest time this season in the 50 free and 100 fly.
2012 U.S. Olympic Trials: Kicked off his Olympic Trials debut in Omaha, Neb., with a lifetime best in the 100-meter back (56.59); Was originally seeded 93rd, but skyrocketed up the rankings to 38th place; Dropped .72 seconds off his previous best; Was just 1.10 seconds behind the 16th-place finisher who advanced to the semifinals ... In the 200 back, Le finished 58th out of 107 swimmers; Was originally seeded 70th.
2011-12 Season (Freshman): Earned All-MAC First Team honors...Named MSU Male Swimmer of the Year and MSU Freshman Male Swimmer of the Year, along with Vitalii Baryshok ... Finished top-100 nationally in the 200 back (51st) and 100 back (60th); was just outside of the top-100 in the 200 IM (116th) ... Achieved NCAA 'B' cuts in the 100 back, 200 back and 200 IM ... One of four MSU male swimmers to garner CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major All-American honorable mention status...Was member of the 200 free relay (5th), 400 medley relay (3rd), 200 medley relay (3rd) and 400 free relay (2nd) at conference ... Started off the 2012 MAC Championships with a personal best in the 200 IM prelims; scored a bronze medal in the event...Recorded another individual third-place finish in the 100 back (48.39) ... Finished third in the 200 back (1:44.89); swam a career best in prelims (1:44.59) ... Won on eight events throughout the dual meet season...Named TYR Invitational Swimmer of the Meet after locking up wins in the 50 and 200 back ...
