2012-13: Competed at six different meets as a junior...Was the Bears' second-highest finisher in the 500 free versus No. 20 Penn State...Swam in the 500 free C-Final at the UIW Christmas Invitational and placed 20th overall...Placed 15th in the mile at the Purdue Invitational with a time of 16:40.78.
2011-12: Was entered as one of the Bears' exhibition swimmers at the 2012 MAC Championships...Shaved off more than three seconds in the 500 free to register a lifetime best (4:36.52)...His 200 free time (1:42.33) was the 27th-fastest time on the second day of the conference championships...Won the 1000 free vs. Drury (10/28) and vs. William Jewell (1/20)...Scored second-place points in the 200 free against Lindenwood (11/4)...Swam a lifetime best (9:51.43) in the 1000 free against Missouri (11/10)...Swam in the B-Final of the 500 free at the UIW Christmas Invitational and placed 13th in the 1650 free...Made consolation finals in the 500 free at the TYR Invitational and finished 11th overall in the 1650 free...Named to the Academic All-MAC honorable mention squad for his efforts in the classroom.
