Background: Arrives at Missouri State with a wealth of national and international swimming experience...Trained with Lugans'ka in Ukraine under head coach Vitaliy Padalkin...Swam for Olimpsport when competing at international meets such as the 2010 LEN European Championships and the 2008/2009 LEN: European Junior Championships...In 2011, he competed in the Open Ukrainian National Swimming Championships (March) and the Ukrainian National Cup (May); At the Open, Baryshok made the championship finals in the 50-meter back (27.33) and 100-meter back (1:00.41), placing 3rd and 8th overall, respectively; In May, he grabbed a bronze medal in the 50 back (26.82), while also finishing fourth in the 100 back (57.72) and fifth in the 100 free (51.65).
