Income from this fund will be used on any Missouri State University baseball needs.
Bill Mueller was an MSU baseball standout from 1990 to 1993 in a career spanning the MSU move from the Mid-Continent Conference to the Missouri Valley. The Bears' MVP as a senior, Mueller earned second team all-America laurels from the American Baseball Coaches Association. He had his major league debut with the San Francisco Giants in 1996, and spent his first six major league seasons in the National League. Mueller went to Boston in 2003 and his banner season as Red Sox third baseman included 19 homers, 85 runs batted in and an American League batting championship at .326. Mueller's season included becoming the first player in major league history to hit grand slam home runs from both sides of the plate in the same game. He played on the Red Sox 2004 World Series Champions.
Jack Sutliff Memorial Baseball Scholarship

Scholarship will be awarded each spring semester to a student enrolled at Missouri State University who is also a member of the Missouri State University Baseball team. Consideration will be given to undergraduate students enrolled at the sophomore level or higher. Recipient must be enrolled in 12 hours each semester and must maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average.
Renewable: Recipients must reapply each year. It is not automatic.
Memorial Baseball Scholarship
This scholarship fund was established in honor of those who have been involved with the Missouri State University baseball program and have passed away. Income from this fund will be used to provide scholarships for students who are members of the Missouri State University baseball team.
Income from this fund will provide assistance for the general needs of Missouri State University baseball.
