 A versatile post player with good range and exceptional rebounding skills, Will Creekmore looks to bring his abilities to the forefront for his junior campaign ... Is coming off his first stint in the Missouri Valley Conference where he found a spot on the MVC All-Newcomer and All-Academic teams after starting seven games and finishing second on team in rebounding average (5.7) and fifth in scoring (7.7).

 2008-09

 Named to Missouri Valley Conference All-Newcomer Team and All-Academic Team during his sophomore season ... Became eligible on Dec. 20, 2008 after transferring to Missouri State from Boston University midway through the 2007-08 school year ... Made an immediate impact on the Bears by earning a spot in the starting five in his fourth game with MSU, a 19-point, 11-rebound outburst in the league opener against Illinois State (12/28/08) ... Averaged 16.3 points per game during his first three career starts (12/28/08-1/7/09), including 17 points against Bradley (1/3/09) on 7-of-19 shooting and career-high 33 minutes ... Posted team-highs 15 points and 13 rebounds at Southern Illinois (1/29/09) ... Had career-best shooting performance against Evansville (2/4/09) on 5-of-6 shooting to collect 11 points off the bench ... Was the Bears' top scorer in two of their final four games, scoring 15 points in win at UT Martin (2/21/09) and 11 points against Creighton (2/24/09) ... Shared team-high honors in assists in Creighton game (2/24/09) with three ... Posted 10 rebounds in MVC Tournament opening-round against Wichita State in St. Louis (3/5/09) ...  Saw action in four games for Boston University before transferring to Missouri State at the end of the fall 2007 semester ... Scored 11 points and secured 10 rebounds in 12.5 minutes per game for the Terriers ... Finished with four points in his first two college games, at George Washington (11/14/07) and in Boston against St. Joseph's (11/17/07) ... Made 5-of-6 free throws (.833) during his freshman season, including a 3-for-4 outing against Manhattan (12/1/07) ...  Was a four-year starter for Thomas Edison Prep in Tulsa, Okla ... After leading the state of Oklahoma in rebounding his junior and senior seasons, he was named to the Oklahoma Coaches Association, Max Preps, High Schools Sports Magazine, Tulsa World and Daily Oklahoman all-state team in 2006-07 ... Averaged 23 points, 17 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocked shots his senior season for coach Michael Parish ... Also scored a school record 68-percent of his field goal attempts and shot 74% from the line ... Set school records for single-game (26), season (452) and career (1035) rebounding ... Was Oklahoma Tipoff Magazine's preseason state player of the year his senior season, while earning all-district and all-Green County Conference honors for the third time ... Was also Tulsa all-metro twice, according to the Tulsa World ...
